Intended as a fully software defined platform, the Ultra streamlines production workflows by handling mixed video formats with frame sync for every input and easy color correction so that you can match your format and send it where it needs to go. 4 fully-independent Key Fill media stores provide 8GB cache for incorporating stills, logos, bugs, and animated graphics in any common file format with audio, including standalone WAV files for audio effects or music beds. Carbonite Ultra makes you productive immediately with a range of control choices for operators of any caliber, from the super-ergonomic, efficient TouchDrive range of panels to the fully-integrated, novice-friendly software DashBoard control ecosystem. Carbonite Ultra's 1RU chassis can be configured with up to 3 full MEs (via software licenses) & 4 built-in floating MiniMEs, equivalent to a 7ME switcher with 20 key channels. Any ME or MiniME in the system can access the 4 UltraChrome chroma keyers and 8 floating DVEs at any time.
