Description The extremely slim Boker Delicate is based on a classic flying game hunting knife and is now mostly used as a picnic knife, compact steak knife or slim and handy companion for the smaller cutting tasks in everyday life. The non-stainless blade is made of O1 carbon steel, opened by nail nick and does not lock. To emphasise the authenticity of the knives, the blade has a special acid-wash finish that also protects it from harmful environmental influences. Mediterranean handle scales made of certified imported olive wood and nickel silver bolsters emphasise the traditional character of this handy knife.
